To successfully shop on our website, you need to have:

have a credit or debit card we accept, and
Authorized to use the credit or debit card (for example, it is in your name or you have the right to use it).
Have a registered personal M-Pesa account, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, etc. If you do not have a registered account, you may need to gain access to the account you want to use to pay.

Service Availability and Order Placement.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Then, our live customer service team will check. If you pay by card, there is a quick confirmation of the amount on the card and how much is on the card. Your order will be accepted once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment to the card. When paying via M-Pesa, we check the amount paid on our end and the payment code generated.

Place an order through our website.

When you place an order through our official website, if you are not satisfied with what you ordered, you can cancel the order within 24 hours, if you cannot change the order. You must cancel your order and return the original item (if delivered), after which you can reorder a new item. When placing an order, please ensure that all details you provide to us are true and correct.

Price and Product Description

From time to time our team may make the mistake of adding prices or misdescribing products or promotions on the website. We do our best to ensure that our descriptions are correct, and if we find an error with any item you ordered, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order or cancel it. If we discover an error after your purchase, we will endeavor to contact you to advise you of the error and provide you with a credit note or gift certificate for the excess amount.

Parcel delivery

When you place an order on the website, the delivery time depends on your address, this includes collection from our store, delivery to your door. Return policy

All returned items should be accompanied by an original receipt and the purchase date and amount must be verified in our system.

Worn and laundered returned items are eligible for exchange only if the item is defective. We may ask you to produce evidence of such defects together with original receipts or proof of payment.

After returning a defective item, you may exchange the product for an identical item in the same or a different color.

Alternatively, you are entitled to a refund equal to the amount previously purchased. Once your return is accepted, you will receive your refund immediately.

Promo code

From time to time, we may run promotions that may result in a discount or some benefit for which you will need to enter the code to apply during the checkout process. Each promo code has its own terms and conditions. This information will be communicated when the promotional code is issued to you.
